Consultation
Following interviews between our client and candidates, we consult with everyone to evaluate interest levels and provide feedback to both parties. We also discuss thoughts and perceptions with our client to determine and identify the best candidate to hire. Often information shared after the interview is critical for both parties.

Negotiation
Once our client selects a candidate to hire, we facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, a review of the offer letter, and the closing process.

Follow Up
We follow up with candidates and clients after the hire and provide feedback to both parties.
