The position of Inside Sales Representative provides customer service, some technical support, and sales support, primarily over the phone. Inside Sales Representatives prepare and process quotes and orders, while working closely with manufacturing to ensure customer satisfaction. Inside Sales Representatives proactively contact customers and build customer relationships.

2+ years of sales/customer service experience is highly preferred
