Job Responsibilities
• Communication skills oral and written are critical as this position interacts closely with personnel while gathering requirements, designing, testing, implementing and supporting solutions
• Acts as an expert technical resource to IT staff in all phases of the implementation, development and support processes
• Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand
• Interfaces with business users to ensure that implemented solutions satisfy business requirements and are delivered in a timely manner
Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years experience in pc/application troubleshooting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 2003/2007 support
• Experience in loading and supporting Server/Client based applications
• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Access database design and ODBC connections
• SQL database knowledge to include designs, views, stored procedures, and queries
Department Preference
• Microsoft InfoPath design
• A+ and Net+ Certifications
• Cisco VoIP Solutions
• SQL database/server administration
• Visual Basic programming
• SharePoint
• Adobe Acrobat
