Lease Analyst –QCM Data Standardization and Clean up Project

General Purpose:
To analyze contract data in QCM contract database in order to achieve specific data standardization objectives. As part of a larger system application project, the data remediation enables subsequent integrating of Quorum contract application with the settlement system.

Essential Functions:

For assigned contractors: reads and evaluates contract language and codifies information into Quorum Contract Management system using company standard definitions and application protocol.

Performs work requiring experienced judgment in independent evaluation and decision making in the following subject areas related to contract management:

Commitments provisions
Settlement provisions
Regulatory and legal questions
Gas Metering and Gas Quality
Contract dates and ticklers
Dedication of lands and leases
Escalation
FAS 133 Classifications

Maintains communication with Project Manager to identify issues and to track status of assigned work on project plan.

Qualifications:
Prefer Bachelors degree with Energy/oil/gas industry contract administration and analysis experience. (Experience will offset degree qualifications). Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, query databases and utilize QCM application experience preferred.
